Welcome to Olo Clinic. By booking an appointment with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General
1.1. Acceptance of Terms: By attending your appointment or join a member with us, you agree to these terms and conditions.
1.2. Amendments: Olo Clinic and our digital site in various platforms such as Facebook, Instragram, TikTok, YouTube, and others reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this website.


2. Appointments
2.1. Booking: Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or in person at the clinic. Confirmation will be provided by email or SMS.
2.2. Arrival: Clients are requested to arrive at least 10 minutes before the scheduled appointment to complete any necessary paperwork.
2.3. Late Arrival: Late arrival may result in a shortened session time to accommodate other appointments. The payment will be charged upon the period of time that the services had been taken.
2.4. Cancellation and Rescheduling:
– Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
– Failure to do so may result in a cancellation for your next treatment session.
– No-shows will be recorded in your profile.


3. Payments
3.1. Payment Methods: We accept cash, credit cards, voucher, and electronic funds transfer (EFT). You also be able to use health fund rebate that the gap must be settle before the treatment.
3.2. Payment Timing: Payment is required at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.
3.3. Refunds: Refunds will only be provided in cases of therapist cancellation or if the service was not delivered as agreed.


4. Health and Safety
4.1. Health Information: Clients must provide accurate and complete health information. Failure to do so may result in inadequate treatment and potential health risks.
4.2. Medical Conditions: If you have any medical conditions or are under the care of a doctor for any health issues, please inform your therapist before the treatment.
4.3. Inappropriate Conduct: Any inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the session, and the full cost will be charged. Legal action may be taken if deemed necessary.


5. Confidentiality
5.1. Client Records: All client records are kept confidential and will not be shared without prior written consent, except where required by law.
5.2 Client Information: We will keep your information as digital and will be kept for at leat 5 years.


6. Liability
6.1. Limitation of Liability: Olo Clinic is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from any treatment or use of our services.
6.2. Waiver of Liability: By booking and attending an appointment, you agree to release Olo Clinic and its therapists from any liability related to injury or loss incurred during or following the treatment.


7. Property Damage
7.1. Damage to Property: Clients are responsible for any damage they cause to the property of Olo Clinic.
7.2 Treatment Preparation: Please take off your jewelery before the treatment in case that your property is damaged we will not take any responsible at any cost.


8. Complaints and Feedback
8.1. Complaints: Any complaints should be reported to the management as soon as possible. We aim to resolve any issues promptly and fairly.
